Breakfast Buffet in F Restaurant at F1 Hotel at the Fort

Was invited by my boyfriend to go on a breakfast date the day before Chinese New Year, I was taken to ‘F’ Restaurant at F1 Hotel in the Fort.

First time to dine within a Hotel in The Fort, it was nice to enter an establishment surrounded by glass windows that can give a view of the bustling city. The place displays a spacious avant garde feel to it.

I’ve read ‘F’ all-day dining restaurant found at the 5th floor of the said hotel. F serves up an array of international flavors including Chinese, French, Japanese and Filipino dishes as well. Since we were there for breakfast, we didn’t see any of these but I was very happy with the heap of breakfast options. Being a breakfast lover, I consider the place an ideal haven of gastronomic necessity to start the day. I believe other people think the same way with runners from a marathon (we viewed from inside) dined in too after said activity.

The choice of breakfast options were astounding. Typical Filipino fare abound with foreign options to complete the set-up.

Some tasty dimsum and siopao options.

Various ingredients to add in your congee or miso soup.

How my plate looked like with choice of viands. Bacon, corned, beef. sharksfin, yang chow rice, hash brown and pork adobo. Kompletos rekados!

Miso soup with some chopped leeks and seaweed.

French toast with some strawberry jam anyone? I love their simple presentation on this one.

Breakfast will never be complete without some eggs. For a bright, sunny, Chinese New Year morning, these are perfect!

Dessert, fruits and salad station.

Got a strawberry yoghurt for my dessert. Yum!

Will come back here in the future to try lunch and dinner options. This is a good place in to dine after a busy day. You’ve got the relaxing ambiance, the view, tasty food. What more could you ask for? :)
